Paper thin, crispy, light and full of flavour, we do them like the Bretons. We serve savoury buckwheat galettes, with fries and salad followed by delicious sweet crepes for dessert. We’ve scoured the Southern Highlands for like minded local farmers and growers to source the best fresh ingredients.
