Gift Card Terms & Conditions

• Franquette Crêperie Gift Cards are non-refundable and must be used in full.

• Franquette Crêperie Gift Cards are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

• Franquette Crêperie Gift Cards expire a certain number of months after issue (please refer to the expiry date on the gift card).

• Franquette Crêperie Gift Cards may only be used for purchases at Franquette Crêperie and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

• Online transactions must be made within Australia, New Zealand, The United States or The UK to be valid.

• Gift Card transactions are purchased via a secure banking partner (eWay or Stripe) and Now Book It do not have access to the full credit card number.

• You can purchase up to $3,000 or 10 Gift Cards per transaction.

• Franquette Crêperie Gift Cards may not be re-sold or bartered for cash.

• Physical Gift Cards are available for pick-up from Franquette Crêperie (329 Bong Bong Street) within 24 hours, for same day pick-up please call our team on (02) 4879 9913. Pick-up is available 7 days a week between 8.30am - 7.30pm.

• eGift Cards may take up to 24 hours to be valid and may not be redeemable immediately after purchase.

• You may be required to produce proof of identification at the time of redeeming your Gift Card. If you are unable to provide identification Franquette Crêperie may elect to not accept the Gift Card as payment until you are able to do so.

• We reserve the right to change any of the terms contained in these Terms and Conditions at any time where the change is required.

• By purchasing, redeeming or attempting to redeem a Gift Card, you: accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions; and acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
